Custom R32

R32 GTR front calipers cleaned and painted with 2 K paint and baked.
Mounting brackets are from 10 mm steel with grade 8 bolts used took aprox 3 hrs to make..
Discs are DBA 4000 series which were ordered specially as blanks ... I then had the PCD drilled and the slots machined,then I drilled the rotors myself as I planned to use Pagit race pads so any additional / vetilation cleaning would help otherwise I would have left them slotted only.
Slight modifying was needed of both the hub and caliper faces to fit under 16 '' Volks with such a big disc.,also had to linish a very small from the outside body of the caliper..
Used 10 mm spacer and special extended ( longer ) hi grade wheel studs.
